We operate an anonymity-first communication platform. We do not require real-name verification or personal phone numbers to access free random chat. Depending on how you use our service, we may collect:
Account Information (Optional): If you choose to sign in with Google or create an account, we receive your email address, display nickname, and profile image URL for identity management.
Payment & Transaction Data: When purchasing a VIP plan, our payment aggregators (e.g., PhonePe, UPI) process the transaction and share transaction identifiers (Order ID, Transaction ID, Payment Status, Amount, and Timestamp).
Technical & Log Information: IP addresses, browser user agent, device operating system, connection timestamps, and anonymized WebRTC signaling metadata necessary to negotiate peer-to-peer audio/video connections and enforce safety blocklists.

4. Media Streams & Data Retention Policy
No Audio/Video Recording: Live 1-on-1 video and voice calls are transmitted directly between matched peers via WebRTC and are not recorded, stored, or saved on our servers.
Ephemeral Session Chats: Messages exchanged in 1-on-1 stranger sessions are ephemeral and are cleared once either user disconnects.
4-Day Chatroom Retention: Messages in public topic chatrooms are strictly retained for a maximum of 4 days, after which they are permanently deleted from database storage. Rooms with 5 days of inactivity are automatically purged.
5. Third-Party Service Providers
We may engage trusted third-party service providers to facilitate our platform operations:
Payment Aggregators (PhonePe, UPI, Razorpay) for transaction settlement and fraud prevention.
Cloud infrastructure & Firebase Firestore for secure data persistence and authentication.
STUN/TURN signaling relays for establishing WebRTC peer-to-peer media paths.
