Premium VIP Membership: We offer optional paid digital features, including VIP passes (₹50/month, ₹120/quarter, ₹200/biannual or ₹350/year), which unlock specific gender preference filtering, priority queue matching, verified VIP badges, and an ad-free environment. All digital memberships and virtual features are non-tangible electronic services.

3. Payment Terms, Pricing & Billing

• Transparent Pricing: All prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR ₹) or local equivalent currency. Listed prices are inclusive of all applicable statutory taxes and GST unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Secure Gateway Processing: All payments are processed through RBI-authorized payment aggregators and gateways (including PhonePe, UPI, Razorpay, or authorized card networks).
• No Stored Card Data: We do not collect, process, or store complete credit/debit card numbers, CVV codes, or net banking passwords on our platform.
• Instant Delivery: Upon successful transaction authorization, premium features are activated instantaneously (within 1 to 5 minutes) on the user's account/browser session.

4. Acceptable Use & Strict Anti-Abuse Rules

We maintain a strict zero-tolerance policy regarding abusive, illegal, or inappropriate behavior. Users agree NOT to:

Violation of our zero-tolerance policy will result in immediate termination of the session, permanent IP/device bans, forfeiture of any active digital passes without refund, and potential reporting to law enforcement authorities.

5. Cancellations and Refund Policy

• No Refund Allowed: Because digital memberships and virtual passes are provisioned immediately upon purchase, transactions are final and non-refundable.
• In the event of accidental duplicate billing or technical failure to provision VIP access, claims submitted within 48 hours to talkwithstranger.online@gmail.com will be verified and refunded within 5-7 business days back to the original payment source.

talkwithstranger.online and its operators are NOT responsible, liable, or accountable for any actions, behavior, statements, conduct, or communications made by users or third parties on this platform. We are strongly against and do not favor, endorse, or promote any dirty, abusive, unlawful, or inappropriate talks, chats, or voice interactions.
