We do NOT sell, package, or dispatch any physical goods, parcels, or postal items. Therefore, no physical shipping courier (such as postal or courier services) is involved.

2. Delivery Timeline & Fulfillment Process

• Fulfillment Window: Delivery is instantaneous upon transaction authorization by the payment gateway. In standard conditions, full access to VIP perks is activated within 1 to 5 minutes.
• Automated Provisioning: Once the payment confirmation webhook or status check is received from our authorized gateway partners (PhonePe, UPI, Razorpay, etc.), our database updates your user account and browser session automatically.
• Delivery Confirmation: Successful delivery is confirmed through an on-screen visual confirmation banner, a VIP Gold Badge active in your header and video controls, and an electronic transaction receipt detailing your Transaction ID, date, amount, and plan validity.

4. Troubleshooting Delivery Delays
